| Preservation of Water Bodies within Cuttack City |
8 (eight) no. of projects are included in UIDSSMT Scheme for Rs.533.66 lakhs, out of which four are completed and 4 nos. are under progress. The Utilizxation certificate has been submitted for Rs.366.82 lakhs. |

| Construction and Upgradation of Cuttack City Internal roads |
The implementing agency is R&B Division ,Cuttack .14 different main roads of about 43.30 Kms length have been included in this programme. Rs.50.74 crores has been sanctioned for said work.25.5Km road already completed and balanced are under progress. The Utilization certificate has been submitted for Rs.26.58 crores. |

| Conservation of Heritage building, Gadakhai,of Cuttack City |
The implementing agency is A.S.I & CMC. An amount of Rs.17.28 crores has been sanctioned for conservation of Gadakhai in the year 2008-2009. The said work has been divided into 28(Twenty Eight) packages out of which ASI will execute 5(Five) packages worth of Rs.800.00Lacs & CMC will execute 23(Twenty Three) packages worth of Rs.924.98 Lacs in two phases. Im the time CMC has started the dredging of moat & cross drainage for discharge of Gadakhai and expected to be completed by the end of march 2012. Construction of retaining wall & restoration of ancient moat wall with matching stones with traditional combined mortar by ASI are under progress. The Utilization Certificate has been submitted for Rs.256.47 Lakhs. |

b. An amount of Rs.3.25 Crores has sanctioned out of One time Additional central Assistance Grant for the year 2009-10 under Urban Tourism Destination for construction developments of roads and parks out of which Rs.125.00 Laks has already been utilized. Balance work are under progress. |

Step have been taken to beautify the Ring Road and other major placesof the city participation of bussiness houses. Beautification of ring road from deer park,to matha has been taken up first time. |

To prevent road side open slaughtering of smell animal,we have already constructed three nos slaughter house-cum-sale centers at khan nagar, Nuabazar, Satichoura in a scientific manner. |

| IX. Rajib Awas Yojana |
The Rajib Awas Yojana aims at making the city slum free through holistic development of slum through Redevelopment and relocation mode of the ownership and encroached slum respectively. |

Details project report for 602 dwelling units in10 nos. slum amounting to Rs.1538.43 laks has submitted for sanction. |

An amount of Rs.70.00 laks has been sanctioned for construction of bou9ndary wall to protect Govt. land in the year 2009-10 & 2010-11 inside CMC area.All the works will be taken up soon |
